Two chapters, one framework
Chapter I

Leadership, with limits

Frameworks for boundaries, work-life balance, and mental health at work — from three decades inside the rooms where these things are decided.

  • Boundary frameworks with word-for-word scripts
  • Saying no without damaging your career
  • Wellness and rest as strategy, not reward
Chapter II

Intentional living & travel

Destination guides and living-well frameworks for professional women — not backpacker blogs, not brochure copy. Where to go, what it truly costs, how to make your time your own.

  • Complete destination guides, neighborhood by neighborhood
  • Solo travel planning, safety, and confidence
  • Designing a life around what actually matters
The library

Table of contents

  • The letter that started it all — on turning fifty-five and refusing to wait for “someday.”

  • Five reasons the same "no" costs a woman more — and why you were never bad at boundaries, just playing on a harder setting.

  • The Passages Guide to Sedona Forthcoming

A wellness reset for professional women — where to stay, what it truly costs, and what four restorative days actually look like.

A note from the writer

Written from experience, not theory

Passages is written by Suzanne — thirty years in business and leadership, a traveler of many countries, and a woman who learned about boundaries the expensive way: by not having them. You won’t find her face here, and that’s deliberate. This publication is about the work, the frameworks, and the places — not a personal brand.

Every guide is something she wishes had existed twenty years ago: specific enough to act on the same day, honest about costs and trade-offs, and written for professional women who don’t need to be sold a fantasy — just a framework that works.
